About EMF Global
On a Friday Sabbath, a total of 13 event planners with a global vision and foresight joined hands to create a representation for their fraternity and provide various platforms to debate, ideate and share knowledge.
The enterprising Governing Council of 13, gradually grew Event Management Federation (EMF) into one of the most vibrant event associations in the country, and EMF was recognized as the one and only ‘Apex body of the Event Industry’ by the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, India.
Over a short span of 11 years, the association scaled to great heights of glory and achieved unimaginable goals with forums and conventions.
The vision of was to provide the event industry, with an integrated and interactive global forum adopting best business practices while advocating the latest techniques, strategies and event planning skills.
One of the primary ideas that laid the foundations of EMF was to make an effort to formalize the rapidly growing event industry.
The members of EMF today collectively account for more than Rs.1000 crores of business annually, achieved not by luck or chance but by innovation, hard work and enterprise.

Convention Venue :
We are pleased to inform you that the upcoming convention will be hosted at The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi, Georgia.
Delegate Accommodation :
Delegate accommodations will be arranged with priority at The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi, followed by Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi City Centre.
Accommodation Allocation :
The first 200 registered delegates will be given preference for accommodation at The Biltmore Hotel. Subsequent registrations will be accommodated at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, which is adjacent to The Biltmore Hotel and located just 2 minutes away from the main convention venue.
Travel Advisory :
Delegates are kindly advised to plan their travel schedules keeping in mind the check-in time of 2:00 PM (local Georgia time) on 11th July 2025.
Registration Confirmation :
Registration will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable :
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy :
In the unlikely event that the convention is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (such as war, natural disasters, national emergencies, or other unforeseen situations), any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the refund policies of the respective hotel, venue, and associated service providers.
